Side effects:
Yes it makes farming bosses even more betterer. Don't care.
Makes some more "rare" ammo more common, see 7n40.
May have forgotten one or two boolets but /shrug.
Note: the changes to the ammo apply differently to every boss and w/e.
You can find out who drops which.
Will be easier to list the better ammo they use than the ammo they no longer use.

Is this mod compatible with realism? I'll fight Reshala and his guards and they will have bad ammo on them. Same with the goons, I'll get PS from Knight when he is using the MK-47.

DUDE SAME. I'm running a bunch of mods so I gotta sift through em and see if they're compatible, but bosses having spicy rounds is a need be for how far in I am.

I don't run Realism, so don't expect it from me at least.

While I think Realism will generally discourage trying to put these together, Imma try it out and see. It might break the way that bosses work due to boss loadouts being changed by Realism, but maybe it will work?
