AT's R-201 SOAR 3.4

The R-201 Special Operations Assault Rifle (SOAR) from Titanfall 2.

The R-201 Special Operations Assault Rifle (SOAR), also known as the R-201 Carbine or simply the R-201, is a Pilot anti-personnel fully automatic assault rifle manufactured by Lastimosa Armory, serving as the successor to the R-101C Carbine and the predecessor to the R-301 Carbine.

Install the dependency first!!!!

You can find the gun and its magazine in Prapor's assort. Comes with a holographic sight.

This is a weapon mod created by AT. All credits goes to him. I just have the permission for translating his work and upload it here. Language barrier exists so keep in mind that there will only be limited support for this mod.

Only in-game texts are translated. Others such as server log are still Chinese but it doesn't affect the gameplay.

Version 3.4 is only compatible with Aki 3.4.0 or 3.4.1.

Version 3.3 is backward-compatible with Aki 3.3.0 to as old to Aki 3.1.0.

Not compatible with KCY - SeeItemValue at the time because of custom ID issues. There is a fix but I currently don't have the time, sorry about that.

Expect more weapon mods from AT, this guy is legendary.

Install Guide:

Put the "AT-R201" folder into "<ur Aki path>\user\mods" folder. Typical server mod procedure.

To uninstall this mod: Remove every item added by this mod from your stash and inventory. Then delete the mod's folder.

Commercial use/distribution of this mod is prohibited.

  • Will this be updated to 3.5.5?

    • Not yet, depends on AT.

    • @Kydahe The files available do work if you know what to look for.

  • How i can find the items id's ? I need them so i can blacklist them for the AI loadouts because i'm having issues when they spawn with the weapon of this mod

  • Is it possible to change the supressed sound? It sounds like a softair weapon when shot lol.

    • Had to admit the audio isn't great lol

It is possible, but it requires some bundle-related action. So it's not something that can be changed right away. You can refer to some modding tutorials for this.

  • Server Terminal says "package.json" is missing, possible fix?

mod looks pretty cool and I look forward to using it :)

    • Try moving the folder inside of that zip folder to your server mod directory. Not "AT - R201 3.4" folder.

    • tried every which way of installing it, still cant get it working, this is consistent between all of your Titanfall mods, not really sure where im going wrong

    • Ahh...I'm not sure. Every folder in the "user/mods" folder should contain package.json or it's not gonna pass the check. You can refer to other server mods' folder structure. It should be roughly the same.

  • Seeing your mods make me think how cool it would be if tarkov've been sci-fi game

  • Very cool mod.

However, the guns/mags don't always show. Sometimes, I have to go through a raid to have them show up in the stash after purchasing.

    • Sorry for the inconvenience. The gun disappearing is a known issue and AT (The original author) is aware of this but couldn't come up with a fix. But I will update this mod when it eventually got fixed.

    • Cool.

Thankfully, it's merely an annoyance bug and not something that breaks the game because this gun rocks!!!! :)

  • I'm having some strange issues with this.
The magazine is not available at the trader (the other 2 titanfall guns work) and when I buy this, I may not get a visible gun. I need to buy it 3 / 4 times until I get a visible one. Profile Editor confirms there are several more in inventory, but can't see or interact with those.

Thanks for translating and bringing this here.

    • Sorry, I don't know about the magazine one, it shows up in my game. I guess wait for Prapor to restock and see if it appears?

For the latter issue, I think it's something wrong with the game because sometimes when I buy vanilla items they don't show up as well. Restarting the game will make them appear. But AT's guns are more likely to do this and the original author is aware of this problem but couldn't come up with a fix. So unfortunately I can't help you with this either.
