    What is this place for?

    This forum is here to help the community get help with their problems related to SPT-AKI

    • It is to be used solely for problems related to SPT-AKI, such as bugs, crashes and startup problems. You are allowed to ask questions related to Support in this forum
    • The dev branch isn't eligible for support. Asking any support questions while using anything other than official, stable releases will get your topic closed and archived.
    • Make sure you have read the general FAQ before posting.
    • Any questions related to modding, or anything that isn't related with an actual issue encountered with SPT-AKI, will get your topic closed without notice.

    Where to find the game logs?

    The log locations are:

    • Client error logs
      • <location: AKI\Logs\log_[date]_[time]_[version] error.log>
    • BepInEx logs
      • <location: AKI\BepInEx\LogOutput.log>
    • Server logs:
      • <location: AKI\user\logs\server-yyyy-mm-dd-xx.log>
    • NLog logs:
      • <location: %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov\output_log.txt

    You may be asked to upload these logs to the codepaste website in order to receive further assistance.


    Why did my thread get locked/closed/archived?

    If your thread got locked and archived, that means one of the following rules has been broken:

    1. You incorrectly filled the support form.
    2. Your issue is already listed and solved in the FAQ.
    3. Your thread has been inactive for at least 6 days.
    4. Your support thread is related to a pirated version of the game.
    5. Your support thread doesn't follow website rules.
    6. Your behaviour isn't correct or you are acting like a troll.
    7. Your thread contains a forbidden link.
    8. Your thread is about a BSG issue that we can't fix.
    9. You are asking support questions for a mod.
