I found the issue, When I combined the User profile folders it gave the error, I moved it out of the directory and the game is running fine now.

Hello, I got the Vanilla SPT to work, But after installing mods and their .json files I keeps having directory errors for the Launcher. I've tried everything. Though I did notice when I do try to start the launcher after seeing the Mods all list perfectly on the server listing a folder gets automatically created to my desktop titled "SPTARKOV" each time. As before No matter the combination i try to put the folder in every directory, I still get the "Missing EFT.exe" Error.
