You were right, it turns out. My metabolism is maxed. I turned off skill fatigue it looks like, and I guess that skill levels REALLY fast without it.

I don't have maxed skills, unless something is VERY bugged. I didn't change any of my skill settings in the AIO.

I'm trying to complete Survivalist: Zhivchick, but when my PMC gets to 0 hydration... nothing happens. No dehydration, no damage over time. Nothing. And the quest does not complete. I sat in a raid for like 10, 15 minutes at 0 water to test it. My only thought is maybe it's because I have Skill Fatigue turned off in the AIO mod? No idea. But the All Quests Finished mod hasn't been updated, so I've got no easy way of fixing this (other than finding the mission code in my profile and setting it to complete, which I have had trouble with in the past).
