Saving the profile is divided into several blocks. An error when saving one of the blocks does not cancel the attempt to save other blocks.
An item has been added to the settings to enable/disable adding missing event quests to profile (if you are using helper mod, you need to update it in the settings - section "Helper mod")

Hey people ! Sorry to bother you, but I played like 6 months ago, and I remeber there was a "COD pill" you could activate in the profile editor that gave you auto-heal. Does this still exist and if yes, where is it ? I can't find it

No support here. Only bug reports from GitHub will be taken for work. SPT BE versions not supported at all, only last stable release wich defined in README
