Ok total noob here. How do I install this mod?

sweet XD I hope I did everything write.. I reinstalled 2.3.1 and changed the airdrop settings as well. *Crosses Fingers*
I got the chance to drop it in Customs to see it quickly. In normal gameplay, it will be at the default setting. But now we are sure that that plane will come.
:o I hope me messing with the settings doesnt mess it up.
