Its a little trick using SamSWAT's SCAR-H mod, which has two offset rails called 'Sight shifting device - medium' and 'Sight shifting device - far'. You can edit those to be compatible with foregrips and handguards, which allows you to place them at different lengths. If you want a more detailed explanation message me and I can try to help out.
Interestingly, the game recognizes the distance at which your foregrip is placed and animates the hands accordingly for both lengths on every weapon. Pretty cool.

You can get them from my Ported Clothing Pack for SPT-AKI 3.4.1, not sure if they work with 3.5.5 though
