So I need the 3.4.1 for the clothes to show up in the trader? or is there a way i can change something in the KMC file for it to show up in the latest AKI build?

All the clothing and equipment items are from the experimental build of KMC-Gear, so you'll need a version of the older SPT-AKI 3.4.1 build.
