adds two new 9x19 rounds, 9x19 APHE and 9x19 Rat Shot. going to add more as I feel like it


Probably a bad idea to use the 9x19 Rat Shot on a vector or mp9, things tend to get a bit weird.

    lowered projectile count, upped damage for ratshot, was causing some issues when firing full auto. it seems the game just stops calculating damage if too many projectiles are in the air


    Damage: 5 -> 37

    buckshotBullets 75 -> 9
