SAMSWAT'S CALL OF DUTY: WARZONE - MIL-SIM: JW GROM 3.9.0

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

SamSWAT's JW GROM mod - with 3.8 plate system.

This is a fixed version of SamSWAT's GROM mod, now patched to 3.8 and using the Plate system.
Also fixed the inability to wear the balaclava along with the gas mask and the stuff now actually appears in Ragman's store.

Changed the Rig layout from TV-110 to CPC MOD.1, as I think it fits the pouches better.

Don't buy Rig or Helmet in the flea, the default locked armor is missing there. Maybe I'll try fixing that, but for now, just buy it from Ragman.

Mil-Sim: JW GROM operator from CoD Warzone in EFT. Features clothing, custom hands and gear. All items are sold by Ragman and also duplicated on the flea market.

To uninstall (if you bought the outfits from Ragman):


With the mods still installed, go into the game, make sure you are wearing one of the normal outfits.

Shove some stuff around the inventory, buy or sell smth so your profile is saved.

Close the game.

Remove the mods.

Go into your profile (user/profile), and delete the entries in "suits": that are related to these mods.

Those would be:

-JWGROMUPPERBODYSUIT

-JWGROMPANTSSUIT

-PARARESCUEUPPERBODYSUIT

...

Depending on which outfits you bought.

It goes without saying that you should also make sure not to have any of the items in your inventory left before removing (the actual rig/ helmet etc).

  • I have all three outfit mods that you have updated but only on this one, when i wear the upper and pants i get the "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error, cant even load hideout.


    Im on 3.9.5, is it something on my end, how can i fix this?

    • I can't replicate this issue on my end. Is it still an issue?
      Did you try it on a profile created on 3.9.0 or after?
      Try reinstalling this mod.
      Try if this occurs without this mod.
      Try if this occurs with only this mod and no others.

      Try reinstalling spt.

    • So mod still works on 3.9.5 and this shouldn't be happen. After this feedback, all Para-rescue parts went pink aswell, my profile is created in 9.5 so it seems I gotta reinstall. Thank you for help.

    • You can also try in spt launcher - settings - clean temp files.

      Yes it still works in 3.9.5

  • Is it compatible with realism mode?

    • Citing from SPT Realism Mod - Compatibility page:
      Mods that add armor should be compatible but won't be balanced.


      That said I've never tried playing with Realism, currently don't want to play Realism and as such won't go through the effort of trying to make a patch for Realism.

  • Going full acoustic mode, but IRL you shouldn't wear a balaclava with a gas mask because it breaks the seal and makes the gas mask virtually useless.

  • Any chance you are also adding SamSwats guns back into SPT? Love these mods, thanks for updating it.

    • I'm tackling CTSFO first, but probably not before the weekend.
      Today kept me too busy with work, tomorrow won't be any better.

      I'll probably look at the benelli mod after that, since most of the other guns seem to be in the base game already.
      Depending on difficulty I might do the other guns as requested after.

    • Ah nice, though I think the FAMAS, L85A2, VEPR12, ASVAL MOD.3 and the Benelli are all weapons not in the base game currently? Anyways, thank you so much for bringing these SamSWAT mods back.

      They don't exist as such
      However. the as val mod 3 if for me atm not too interesting myself since theres the as val in the game.
      famas and l85 are (for my bullpup needs) covered by aug and mdr
      vepr is (quoting samswat) saiga on steroids
      scar-h is in the game
      while the benelli is also pretty much in the game (benelli m3 super 90) I remember the mod fondly from way back, and I'm kinda curious to compare it to the ingame version

    • They shouldn't. It wasn't part of the original mods and I didn't add anything about that.
