Configurable additions to Hall of Fame

Nikita have you seen a shelf before? They don't have filters. This allows you to add items to both large and small HoF slots.


Adds armbands to small items slots in the Hall of Fame. Additional item IDs can be added in `.config/items.jsonc`.
