Adds NPC voices from the game series "S.T.A.L.K.E.R." Includes only 6 so far, with more coming in the future.

Adds following voices that can be used by player and bots alike:
- Bandit 1 (Finished).
- Freedom (Unfinished).
- Loner 2 (Unfinished).
- Monolith 2 (from CoP, gasmask filter, unfinished).
- Duty (Unfinished).
- Clear Sky (Unfinished).

Has a config file that allows to add (or fully replace) voices to bots, by default:
- Bandit voice goes to Scavs.
- Freedom voice goes to Shturman (Full replace).
- Loner voice goes to Shturman guards (Full replace).
- Duty voice goes to Bears.
- Clear Sky voice goes to Glukhar guards (Full replace).

Demo of the voices:
- Bandit.
- Freedom.
- Loner 2.
- Monolith 2.

- Clear Sky.

- Full factory raid with bandit voice only for scavs.

Known issues:
- Some voices are unfinished and as such miss some phrases.
- Most likely messed up some phrases.
- Not a lot of phrases overall, but should be enough for fights and mumbles.
- Some voice lines have sudden cut-offs (skill issue on my side).
- Some lines are repeated for multiple phrases.


Planned:
- Complete release of all voices - 1.0.0
- Tutorial and a unity template (will come after 1.0.0).
