Fox Core Sound Mod 3.0.0

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X

Changes UI and menu/game sounds. Switch or mix your own sounds between 4 different game sounds!

COMPLETE REFACTOR: Now in a traditional mod format - just drop into your mods folder. Ability to change sounds between RoN, CODMW, CODCW, and Warface!
