Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.
THIS IS ONLY A FILE WITH LUA SPAWN REWORK ADJUSTED TO LIKE LIVE SETTINGS.
I highly recommend Noted++ just to make sure all the syntax looks right, I have never uploaded a file before so hopefully nothing went weird. You can replace you "Lua-Default .json file with this one or replace what is inside of your file with what this file has, I am not sure which would be better.
All maps have been tested and bosses seem to be working along with the PMCs and Scavs. Bosses spawn at 20%, feel free to go through and see the percentages and adjust if needed. The Goon Squad is set as the Lighthouse "Boss" @ %5. This also seems to apply to all other maps as well, as I ran into them on Customs testing.
The PMCs spawn mostly in the beginning with you, but have 2 later small waves that make moving back through and area you cleared earlier or a suprise multi team fight in front of you a random possibility providing some immersion and illusion of enemy travel. I always think of the way the AI works in SPT as groups who conquer, secure, and hold and areas until they choose to leave(despawn) or has to deal with another enemy rolling up(more AI spawning) or you! All spawning is finished after about 10-12 mins.
In your Pre-Raid selection menu just make sure AI difficulty and amount is set to "As Online" also.
This file does not NEED to be using FAIL, but that is what I use to test AND ENJOY the game with, so I highly recommend the following settings within FAIL:
"overallAIDifficultymod": -1.3(Harder) to -1.5(Easier) Adjust more in the respective direction if too hard or too easy, but it's a solid window range.
"defaultDifficulty": 3.5
"botDifficulties":
assault = 15 ----- scavs
pmcbot = 17 ----- raiders
bear = 20
usec = 20
Those are the settings I recommend for Fins AI Loader (FAIL) This is important to helping the AI stay challenging. The goal of this file is to make SPTarkov feel as close to live as possible. There may be hiccups, or stuff that maybe doesn't work like always, if so, don't be afraid to tinker or post about it and maybe its fixable or adjustable. The mods I have tested with this were: FAIL, LuaSpawnRework (obv), SPTRealism mod, Amands Graphics, and KMC Server Value Modifier.

1. install lua spawn rework
2. download this config
3. copy file Lua-Copy for HUB.json to user\mods\Lua-SpawnRework\config\patterns\
4. rename Lua-Default.json in user\mods\Lua-SpawnRework\config\patterns\ to Lua-Default.json.bak
5. rename Lua-Copy for HUB.json in user\mods\Lua-SpawnRework\config\patterns\ to Lua-Default.json

Maybe try restarting browser or comp, maybe check firewall? I just tested it and seems fine. Looks like others are DLing too. Not sure. I will say, that zippyshare site has a bunch of popups and its annoying, I have never uploaded something like this before. So probably a rookie move by me, using that site.

How does this compare to "badaim - default" Lua pattern combined with "Hurt Me Plenty" FAIL config both found in "Raid Variety" mod? Is it even better when used with Lua's Custom Spawn Points? (using ExtendedBotSpawnpoints)

I have not tested it with those mods. I also have not used Incursion diversity mod (raid w/ variety). However, I would compare it to the nightmare mode on that one. Which sounds intense, but I personally have over 3K hours in live, and this mod feels pretty solid. Or at least, as close as I could get enough to be willing to share it with people. I do not use Custom or Extended points, but I imagine it would be fine. This file replaces the Lua-Default .json file inside "patterns".

I use Luas Custom Spawn Points but not with Extended bot spawns. The bots in some spawns, not all, will kind of stand there.
DOC'S GANGSTALKER SPAWN CONFIG works and is a GREAT spawn point mod, even though its an old mod. it doesnt need updated because the spawn zones are the same. I use it everyday. you still need the newest version of lua custom spawn points.
for a while i used both and it was fine.

Does this mod improve the spawn rate of raiders in the reserve bunker? I've had big issues with that, and even when setting the raider chance to 100% with All The Bosses, only like 2 spawn once I turn the power on.

So the raiders on reserve have 2 spawn cycles and yes, the bunker is one of them, but I would not say it necessarily improved it. The map will spit out a roughly equal to live amount of raiders regardless of if the lever gets pulled or not.
