Infinite loading while Buying/selling items

So every time when i want to buy/sell item on flea or to traders i will get infinite circle loading in left bottom corner of my game and the circle is spinning until i restart the game.

Ive also tried to use another profile and it worked perfectly but on my main profile this thing just happens all the time

thats the thing, in the server console or in the logs it doesnt show up any errors. but anyways i updated the spt-aki from 3.5.2 to a 3.5.3 and it seems like it kinda works, the thing is happening like 1 or 2 times a day.
