Everything was fine until i died. I am using SVM 3.6.1 which has apparently been tested and working as long as i don't mess with bot or flea market setting, which i did not. I do however have SVM Raid Options placed on "Safe Exit" so that i keep any gear i brought or found in raid with me on death.
I ended up dying and when loaded back to death screen and menu, it loaded for quite a while before giving me and error i forgot to get a picture of lol. Although it should be seen in the server log that it kept on trying to remove tons of different items, but it shouldn't be removing them in the first place since i have Safe Exit enabled. I haven't tried it without Safe Exit or with Soft Core enabled yet.
