[MODDED] Login/Register doesn't work on Launcher for level 45 account

I know I have some mods that are outdated but I have been playing 3.7.1 with them since this version came out with no problems or they just dont work in the game which is fine. I am also willing to just delete all the mods i have to try that and see. I needed to work on my scav rep so I reluctantly did a scav raid. When I finished the raid I clicked sell all to sell all the gear on my scav after the raid. It just put a loading circle on the screen and I sat there for about 10 minutes without it doing anything. I chose to alt + F4 and go back in. I closed the launcher and the server to let everything reset. I opened the server and waited for it to be ready. then opened the launcher and it still says my account name but doesnt log me in and when i click login/ register it recognizes i do that in the server but does not log me in. Doesnt give me any errors or anything just doesnt do anything at all. i have tried to reinstall spt didnt work. i have tried to restart my pc didnt work. I have tried to make a new account and it does allow me to log in with that new account and play. Please help!!!

to be honest i do not know specifically what im looking for. but i dont see anything like that specifically. i am going to user/logs and seeing all the server logs. but not sure what to click on. i attached a picture.

That makes sense but the problem is I can no longer log into that account. when i load up the launcher it has me type in the username. i do that and click login/register and nothing happens. when i click it and look at the server it appears it is trying to do it but nothing happens at all. I have created a new account just to see if it would work at all. when i start the new account i am able to log in and load the game and pick bear or usec and go to my stash everything. so it seems like its solely just my main profile. also i have deleted every mod.
