Debug Tooltip

Adds debug information to tooltips for mod developers

Features

• Adds item and item address information to tooltips
• Adds tooltips to trader icons and to quest rows that show those object's IDs
• Adds tooltip to empty slots to show slot ID
• Allows the user to copy the ID of the item/trader/quest under the cursor with ctrl-c, or the entire tooltip with ctrl-shift-c
• Debug info and additional tooltips are enabled/disabled through the F12 menu or by pressing F9 (configurable)
