"A patch could not be applied"

Every time i try to install SPT, I get this message. I've uninstalled EFT (both launcher and game) twice and nuked it from my computer but i have the same issue multiple times. I've read the solved posts on the same issue and followed their advice but I'm spinning circles in a parking lot. On top of this, I dont see a BepinEX or Any server logs

and i some times get this message too
