stuck on "starting local game" but only sometimes

when i go into the raid, it starts loading and 75% of the time its stuck on starting local game, sometimes it loads me in just fine but its rare

Testing with mods, without Mods / new Profile. No change, sometimes it stucks on "starting local game"

I didn't have this even once till about level 18, then suddenly i can't start any game anymore since it's stuck on "starting local game" as well.
