I'll leave this as is for now, and make sure to save some logs -- I'll add more here if I run into some more of this.

Nope! I have not.

I did the following

1. Completed a couple quests (i.e. Extortionist, Shortage) on Customs
2. Unloaded my loot into my inventory
3. Handed over items to complete quests
4. Sold some things
5. Exited the game
6. Killed the launcher and server

Came back just now to neither of those quests being completed, while having some but not all of my loot. Any ideas what might be happening? Didn't see anything in other forum threads or FAQ (might not have searched for the right terms though).

Logs might not be useful as I don't have the logs from the previous run of the server afaik. If you need me to run this a few times to confirm I can do that.
