PMC's Spawn now as well.
Hey I have the majority of the mods that you are using and was having the same problem. I was able to get them to spawn by putting gluhar on labs to true in the TM-151BossEvents config file and I also put AllExtractsAvailable to true in ZEreshkigal-AllInOneMod. It makes gluhar and raiders spawn after turning on the power to one of the extracts, I haven't seen any PMC's yet though. Hope that helps.
