It seems like the assembly deobfuscation patch isn't being applied. Perhaps your antivirus is blocking it?
I had a look at the anti-virus' event history and couldn't see anything to indicate it blocking anything

Are you copying your Live version first, then applying AKI afterwards? Because it seems like you're doing something wrong during installation.
Yes, so i do as follows,
1. Battlestate Games -> EFT (live)
2. Copy EFT (live) and Paste into a newly created folder
3. Download the AKI and UnZip into the new folder
4. Replace the 2 Files when prompted
5. Launch server and Launch launcher, log in and all that
6. Get caught in endless splashscreen

I do get a warning when I launch the game saying "The input file hash doesn't match the expected hash. You may be using the wrong version of AKI for your client files"
Have tried re downloading SPT-AKI 2.0.0 and re-copying my Live folder but i still get the same warning.
Ignored it and got stuck on the infinite splash screen.
Re-installed all three NET's - rebooted the computer then tried again, same result.
Edit: There was no error log when i followed the provided directory, only applications and traces
