if you remove all mods, does the issue still occur?
i dont remember if it happened or not. didnt play too much after posting. i did however see in another thread that they had some items that were bugged and couldnt be sold to traders. so i dumped my inventory and went to fence. found 2 keys that couldnt be sold (machinery key and one of the car keys) so i took them out and deleted them. gotta see if its still happening or not

yeah that was the issue. i just ctrl f that setting in all the configs that edited AI until i found it.
One of your mods is probably adjusting the config setting to show bot types after their name.
You can find it in assets/configs/bot.json - "showTypeInNickname"

Not sure which mod is causing this but scav and boss names include their file name. Example in the attachments.
