Doing a complete reinstall worked, the only thing I changed was that I replaced the EscapeFromTarkov_Data folder in the live folder to the one from AKI before downpatching.
I have all of the .NET Frameworks installed, I just don't know what's going on where the game launches for a split second and then closes. Sorry if I just didn't read something along the way, there's a lot to read about.
