i already dowloaded the one the faq send me to

but it still gives me this errror

Hi i installed everything rigth.

The downgrade of the client was successfull the server starts normally but when i try to run the launcher it tells me that i need to install .NET. to run this aplication and it asks me if i want to download it i already did it but it keeps on geeting me this error.

What should i do?
