I realised I asked a real stupid question after read again your post
what's your mod full path? are you installing SPT in the same folder/same drive with EFT actual file?
I have them on the same drive but different folders, i only have 1tb hard drive
I know it sounds stupid but did you create a profile after you install SPT?

The mods folder didnt create on the user folder, and when i tried to make one and put the mods on it, it didnt load them
