I disabled all loot adjustments from aitweaks and that fixed it right up. You're beautiful and I love you thanks for the help. Now to figure out if I can get my old profile to work

Disabled server value modifier loot and no changes. Also, I have to make a new profile every time I make a change in ServerValueModifier, is that normal?
