Yeah, you need the preloader log instead

Having the same issue here myself, haven't played since 2.2.2, FAQ says this only happens when installing v 2.3.x on top of an old version, but copied over 12.12.15.18346 to a new install to try the new spt version, patched it down to 12.12.15.17349, applying the 2.3.1 SPT update, and will not open at all after you launch it
