Colleagues pt.3 isn't showing up for me. I unlocked The Huntsman Path - Sadist and got the message from Therapist about the quest, but it doesn't show up in my quest list. I've tried restarting etc but nothing seems to work. I've checked and I've done all the quests leading up to it, and I'm level 27 so not sure what's causing this problem.
