Resolved after another complete reinstallation.

reinstalling eft with bsg launcher.

Fresh uninstall and reinstall of EFT using BSG client, game version 0.13.0.2.21734. I can connect to the retail server.
Used spt-aki-installer, successfully launched the server, and infinite loading when game launches through spt launcher.
I went on and (re)installed .net framework 4.7.2 and .net 6 runtime, restarted the computer.
Still infinite loading.
Edit: Also turned off windows security. doesnt work.
