Yeah I believe hitting the auto sort made the guns disappear but I found a way for them to come back. From what I noticed if I clear the space from where the guns were before the sort, they eventually will come back after a raid or relaunching the game.

I've noticed that guns and attachments have been disappearing from my stash. I believe most of the guns lost are ones I found in raid. This only applies to guns that weren't in bags or cases. I've had times where the guns will randomly come back but I'm not sure how it triggered that. I've tried restarting the game and server multiple times but the guns didn't come back.
