So after more testing, i managed to get my inventory to a state where any item moved would bug out. I removed one of the mods we have in common (Faupi-MunitionsExpert 1.7.1) and I can move said item again. I will contine testing and let you know.

3rd raid into testing, the white box came back. Also a backpack full of items vanished into thin air

Try to remove SamSWAT mod. In my case fix the problem.
As in the weather changer? If so cheers, I'll give that a try.
