Loading your profile and I find a lot of equipment isn't examined which is odd as your screenshots show otherwise:

Examining the gun and clicking insure looks okay,

Insuring it also looks okay, no errors.

I would guess there's a mod you have that's showing your gear as examined when it's not and causes the issues you're seeing.

One of your mods is probably adjusting the config setting to show bot types after their name.

You can find it in assets/configs/bot.json - "showTypeInNickname"

Have you download and installed the .net 6.x.x desktop runtime?

From your second picture it looks like you've installed the mod one level too deep.

It needs to look like this:

user/mods/MODNAME/src

Nice investigation GhostFenixx, maybe i can try to update the documentation so other modders don't experience this.

All of your log files have expired, could you add them again with a longer expiry please?

Looking at your log it seems KcY-SeeItemValue is causing issues, can you ensure you've got the latest version?

Are you using a profile you made for 2.3.1 or earlier? We've seen a number of issues with insurance and old profiles.

If you're doing any sort of patching or downgrading, don't.

SPT 3.1.1 is made for 19078, the same version as live EFT as of 27th July.

I've not watched the video but it may be a little out of date and is explaining the install process for an older version.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue when using no mods:

Remove all mods any try adding each mod back one at a time to figure out which one is causing it

I loaded in and accepted the army bandages, I see them in your inventory:

I initially wondered if the issue was caused by being a profile made in SPT 2.3.1, but it worked for me.

All I can think of is a mod is causing the problem.

Try removing them all and adding 1 back, try accepting a hideout reward, if it works, try the next mod.
