I am having HUGE perfomance issue i am new to spt and am wondering why i am having such an issue heres are specs and mods

Idk why i am having fps but on streets i get like 30-40's and on every other map i get barely 70's
interesting to note that also i have no questingbot config in the F12 menu dont know if thats an issue or not. Please help as i am completely lost.
