I removed the mod and it fixed it. In the comments people were saying they had infinite hideout loading and that got fixed so not sure why my issue was different.
Probably Skills Extended somehow broke the "character" page or you are just lucky
So, did you just removed the mod and it fixed by itself? I had a similar problem back in a day and could not do a damn about it XD
