Update: apart from not replacing scavs with PMCs on Factory, SVM apparently doesn't replace Rogues with PMCs on Lighthouse.

Think I might have found a bug; if I try to convert 100% of scavs (normal and cursed) into PMCs, it doesn't work on Factory, there's still a bunch of scavs running around (also occasional PMCs) but if I use the same settings on Customs it converts all scavs to PMCs as normal. Could this be due to the map redesign or something? Using 3.10 and 1.10.0 H4
