Try running it without the Pause mod. That one can cause some issues on some systems leading to CTD, blank screens, and/or hangs/freezes.
If you remove that mod alone and it begins to work, then you know the cause of your issue
I tried to do this variant but it is not working. Obviously lack of RAM caused of my problem. Anyway thank you for help. 
Client Log does not exist.
Also you just have 16 gigs of ram, so it may be an option to increase your pagefile
Thank you it works, I increased a pagefile to 20gb and Customs loaded without problem.
Hello.
Game crashed when i tried to load raid on maps Customs, Shoreline before extract timer starts.
Ive done: 1.reinstall STP, EFT. 2 begin new game without mods. 3. Reinstal windows because some game crashes was with system error message. But now i have crash with black screen.
On vanilla EFT are all ok. raid starts without problems.
