Old thread but i see its unresolved so im still gonna give my input
Open "SPT_Data\Server\database\templates\items.json"
look for "weapon_kiba_saiga12k_fa_12g"
change the "shotgunDispersion" value From 20 to 1
There might be another "ShotgunDispersion" thats already at 1, you have to look for the second one
check the github page for sain, theres a bunch of forks updated to 3.11
