I'm also interested in what optic is on the carrying handle.
This is very close to what some of the Delta guys had in the movie Black Hawk Down. I love replication movie guns in Tarkov because, to my knowledge, it's the only game with this level of customization.
the thing on the carry handle looks to be an aimpoint PRO , the gasblock seems to be from some other weapon using a mod that allows any mod for any weapon or a custom gas block
Looks like one of the Zenit B-3 ring mounts for the AS-VAL was used as the gas stop, as you'd just need to add slot compatibility for the front sights and 25mm rings. Can't remember if the carry handle has a slot on it, but adding the aimpoint there is a great touch of old-school

This is the slickest build I've seen lately. What type of gas block is that? So sick being able to attach LAMs and lights like that
