    lower number = faster use, its the "time to use" in seconds, the lower the number the faster the animation will be, same for the opposite.. but be careful if the number is too low or too high it might break the healing animation.

    I noticed while working on my belt slot mod that scavs couldn't have armbands, and saw that there was just one small code snippet removing them from scavs. So I removed BSGs code removing armbands from scavs, I figured why not.

    I'm not really following what you're saying about AI limiting. You said they're being limited even though the setting is off, but then you said you fixed it by turning it off.

    All PMC's should quest by default. You have to explicitly enable AI limiting.

    You can adjust the desirability ratings of quests to make them more likely to be selected, but there's no way to guarantee bots will go to a specific location. That's done on purpose to ensure raids aren't super predictable.
