Indeed. I went into config and raised spawn chance. if I see them I will try to pass on what they look like and where I was successful at. They start with base 15%. I increased mine to 40? 45? Something like that. Then I took a break. Might not fire SPT up again until tomorrow or later.

I am still looking and if I have encountered them in a firefight I probably died and don't know they were there.
