Config is located in src > config.js and changes chance of buffs, chance of rare buffs (50% to be rare instead of common), and changes how much durability has to be lost before buff is lost.
Good mod that touches a tad more than the author lets on, but works nonetheless

Just a warning, that mediafire page the .zip is hosted on made some drive by download attempts on my pc. may want to pick a different domain to host the file on.

I didn't encounter this. Are you sure you don't have any malware in your browser?
Fyb3r0p7ik
Yes cause this is the only page ive ever had this happen on to date. Ran a full system scan afterward and came back clean. Did not get any further issues after that from any other web pages either
MusicManiac

We need variety, in case someone stops maintaining...
MusicManiac
how is it variety if it's the same mod?

Are they truly the same though? Sometimes there truly is a better mousetrap, because there can be more than one way to skin a given cat, and some might produce better results.
The armor degradation mod is a good example: This author's mod works by changing the global min & max degradation for each of the armor material types, which seems to reliably eliminate degradation across all types of "armor" regardless of how you repair it.
The other mod works primarily by changing the degradation multipliers for each of the traders offering repair services, which poses two problems:
* It doesn't account for repair kits
* Face covers and helmet accessories (e.g. ear armor, attachable face shields, etc.) aren't properly hit by the vendor repair multiplier, so they still degrade if that's the only method used (although the other author eventually patched to fix this).
This author arrives at a more complete result via a method that is much simpler and more straightforward.

These are just my personal mods I made for myself, I've looked through the mod workshop a few times and didn't find what I was looking for so I just made it myself. Not trying to step on anyone's toes, and thought since I've made it I may as well upload it to the community in case anyone else can also benefit from it.

What's the issue with having multiples mods doing the same thing ?
I see none. There is no exclusivity on mods features
