Additional Gear - Black Module, Armored Vests 1.0.1 (AKI 3.7.X)

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.10 or if they can upload older versions of their mods.
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Adds 22 retextured/recolored armored vests in Black.

THIS (AND MY OTHER MODS) WILL NOT GET UPDATED ANYMORE ON ACCOUNT ME (JustNU) LEAVING THE SPT-AKI COMMUNITY

ALL OF MY MODS ARE UNLICENCE AKA PUBLIC DOMAIN, SO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO UPDATE/IMPROVE/TAKE OVER THE DEVELOPMENT IS FREE TO DO SO

I HAVE ALSO UPDATED SOURCE ENTRY FOR EVERY MOD OF MINE, IN CASE YOU WANT THE GITHUB REPOS


Requires my API mod.


Features:

- Adds 13 retextured armored vests.

- Config option to disable/enable each item (MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IN YOUR INVENTORY BEFORE DISABLING ONE OF THEM).

- Add to traders (optional, true by default).

- Add to bots (optional, true by default).

- Adjusted following quests (Optional, true by default)

1) The survivalist path. Unprotected, but dangerous.

2) Swift one.

  • Theres a problem with the AVS image. Its all wide and big that you cant even see the whole thing from preview. You can only see the whole thing when inspecting it.

  • JustNU please update the headgear too, it makes the black collection misses a lot.

    • No idea, i dont actively support oudated versions

  • It seems I have all the armors except the black Killa :(

    When I start the server I also get the following message:

    Item AddGearBlack_6B13 not found in item base cache, regenerating cache


    Any idea what's going on? Using 3.7.1

    • some other mod is causing it, this is not critical error and you can safely ignore it

      killa armor spawns on killa, just like his original one does, not a trader

    • Hmmm, does it spawn on Killa even it's not listed in the handbook? This is why I initially posted this message, i.e. every black version is listed in the gear section except the one from Killa.


      Or do I first need to "find" it on Killa (as all the other 'unknown' stuff in the past) to get it added to the handbook?

    • unless you have a mod that auto examines each item, it would be hidden in the handbook, yes

    • Checked with 100% Killa spawn rate & Freecam. Yes, the black armor is loaded - not having it in the handbook is because of (yet) missing examination.

  • Heya, really love your mods. I was wondering if you could do a reskin for gunsight mandible, like make it fully tan or black. Same about LBT 3Day backpack. Keep it up.

    • i've already made a tan recolor of gunsight mandible, part of tan headwear

      others are planned, but i have no timeline of when (could be in a week, could be in a month, could be in a few years if tarkov is still alive by then)

    • does this happen without my mod installed too?

    • No, just when items from your mod are being worn. Other modded items don't cause such problem (Artem's masks, etc.)

    • I noticed that to, however I took a modded armor out of the raid (found in raid) and the preview works on that one. The Class 6 thor without the ballz-protection. @JustNU
