Remove Time Gate From Quests 1.0.2

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Remove the waste your time aspect of questing

Quick and dirty mod after recent complaints that will remove the time requirements from quests.


Note: This will have no effect if you are already waiting on a quest to unlock, there is nothing i can do about that.


Install directions: Extract to the root of your SPT install as shown below.
