Live Bitcoin Prices 1.1.0

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Dynamically update the price of bitcoin to match it's current value in live.

NOTE: This mod has been updated here

Note Currently this only updates bitcoin price when the mod is first loaded.


This is a pretty straight-forward mod to dynamically update the price of bitcoin to match the current price in live. Data for the current bitcoin price is fetched from tarkov.dev

  • Testing this mod on 3.9.0, unfortunately there is error occurred.

    So do not install this mod until mod author update this mod!

  • My bitcoin price was like 1.8m, which is insane, what's going on? I remove it and its down to 400k.

    • Did you see that price in the log or actually in-game? The log only prints the handbook price, which therapist will about 59% of. If it was in game make sure you don't have any other mods that could be modifying bitcoin value somehow. Other possibility might be that the mod received bogus data from tarkov.dev

    • Its in-game price. I'm not sure what other mod could affect that but we just added this line to the code to fix it. Only thing I have that affects traders (that I know of) is Realism, so I'll just assume that's it.


      inRub = price / (therapist_coef * 2);


      EDIT : after looking at the realism settings, yeah its likely that. If anyone runs into this issue, try disabling this or doing the edit like we did. W3CDtFj.png

  • Hi, how do I install this mod ? My BTC was at 688k at therapist before, and it is still the same price whatever files I put into my game folder

      That could be it, though I don't know for sure. You could try putting this mod after Live Flea Market in your mod load order.

      I made sure it loads after Drakia's flea mod tho, just to be sure :)

  • When the mod is first loaded, do you mean every time the server is started?

    • Yes that's correct. I'd like to update this more often later (maybe on trader reset?) but I haven't studied enough of the documentation yet :)
