Normalized Bots - Reupload 1.0.0-C (3.8.*)

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Customize your bot health to whatever you wish/disable or enable specific perk bots

woah it's that super mod that makes A.I. not be a filthy cheater with extra health and perks!!!

This also removes the extra equipment as an option due to code changes between SPTs

Read the readme.txt in the config files to understand everything

og mod: Normalized Bots

  • Version 1.0.0-C (3.8.*)

    A more complete readme of all unique faction of every enemy (not cultist, hate 'em, don't wanna deal with them yet)

    Changed config a bit more to include another sub-section for users to hopefully understand even more??? I can't do much with json lol

    Oh yeah, and I deleted the remaining equipment code that I forgor about oopssssss

  • Version 1.0.0-B (3.8.*)

    Cleans up the config file, and hopefully makes the overwritebots category easier to understand on how to modify it yourself.

    Wrote to the readme a small amount of the bots you can modify by their technical faction name (doesn't have the bosses, I'm lazy for nowwww)

  • Version 1.0.0-A (3.8.*)

  • Colour me stupid, but in config > main settings, this affects ALL bots, including PMC's right?

    It's definitely had an effect on scavs but it just feels like AI PMC's are still very tanky by comparison, it's probably just in my head, thank you!

  • Hello, author. May I share your mod on ODDBA? I will upload that one file and link the main mod. ^^ :thumbup:

  • Does this just touch their perks and not their brain type? Was wanting to test out SAIN/Donuts and wanted to make sure before I break something

  • When you get the chance could you please display installation instructions on the front of the mod page?

    Thank you for reuploading this :thumbup:

    • If .zip file only includes "BepInEx" or "user" directory, drop it into your root directory of sptarkov. If includes something like "xxx.dll", drop it into /BepInEx/plugins. If includes a directory with name, drop it into "/user/mods".
      This should help you to install all kind of mods XD.

    • @Ameow, I am aware. I'm not asking for me, I'm asking for the confused greenleafs we get on the SPT Discord. Getting all of the mod authors on board with the same file structure for their modded zip files will go a long way towards easing some of the confusion new SPT players get when installing mods.

      It also helps alleviate the workload on volunteers helping those nublets.

  • sorry for stupid...wher do i drop the files?

    • they're for the server, so \user\mods

  • Thanks for uploading. Just to clarify, so we do or do not need the [JustNU Core] JustNU Core mod with this 3.8 version? Thanks

    Also, I read the readme in the config section. In the config.json, there are only (4) specific bot types we can specifically set?

    "sectantpriest": {

    },

    "sectantwarrior": {

    },

    "bossgluhar": {

    },

    "bosskojaniy": {

    • What is "warrior"?

    • @RogueTech67

      No, you don't need any other mods other than this one to make it work, it's fully standalone.

      And for the other boss types, I can look into it.

      edit: I'm lazy, so I'll mark what each technical name is to fully explain it.

    • Thanks

  • didnt know i wanted this

  • that's a majestic looking creature you have as the thumbnail

  • fuck you bird eye. thanks nick wuv you

    Happy 1
