FOX'S WEAPON SOUND MOD updated 3.0.1

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X

Do you hate the default unsuppressed m4a1 sound? do you love mw2019 gun sounds? you've come to the right place mah dude.


This mod replaces that awful sounding unsuppressed m4a1 sound into mw2019 m4a1 sound so you can, my fellow unsuppressed m4a1 enjoyer, enjoy the gunfight asmr. Also replaces other weapon sounds in-game, just check the OG mod link above.


Special shoutout to BooMoon for the fix since this mod previously breaks mp-153 and glock into weird animation. Tested with 3.8.0 and after playing for an hour or two, I haven't encountered any issues whatsoever.

  • Hey would be cool if you could somehow disable the reload sound.
    People seem to not like the zipper sound or what it is.

    • Grab this new bundles and replace the old bundles.json, you should somewhat remedy the issue.

  • 556 mdr suppressed shots are bugged, very very quiet when tap firing and the sound effect becomes silent when firing full auto.

    • I reckon you need Unity Asset Bundle Browser tool.

  • The mod causes endless loading on the start screen

    • That means there's an incompatibility with this mod alongside with what you currently use.

    • I'm using client version 3.8.2 stable and I don't have any other modifications. I even deleted my profile and created a new one and your mod still causes endless loading on the start screen.

    • I'll to record one when time permits. Basically, "Sounds are a combination of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019, Call of Duty Cold War, Warface" as per OG author Fox so whatever the sound of M4/ak/and most smg from that game, expect it to be replicated quite accurately.

  • Very cool mod! Various sound for mag checking, various sounds for changing mags. All sounds are crispy crunchy and clear. Almost like CoD MW sounds with no unnecessary noise. Good job!

    • That's an oopsie from me. My bad as I don't normally use TT pistol. Download this new bundle and replace budles.json from the mod folder. Both Golden and regular TT should work with the default sound now.
