The title speaks for itself
This small mod does 2 things:
- Removes the "skill fatigue" functionality, so the amount of experience is always constant
- Allows you to change the experience multiplier for each skill separately in BepInEx menu
Installation
1. Drag&Drop this file into BepInEx/plugins
2. Press F12 to Open BepInEx menu and find Manual Experience Multiplier
3. Then change the multiplier for each skill as you like (applies instantly, even if you're in a raid)

I found that every time a new scav or PMC is generated on the map, I will receive a message that the skill "Mag Drill" experience has increased.

I have a problem with this mod, recently I've started to craft items in the Hideout, but it seems like both Hideout related multipliers are not working at all. It doesn't matter if I set them to 0 or 100 I always get the same basic value of skill points for "Crafting" and "Hideout management". No problems with all other skills.
I really want to speed things up in the Hideout, but these two skills are not working with the mod, please check if there is something wrong.

With MEMES, I get a tons of "Mag drill skill level up" at each start of the raid in the bottom right corner. Takes 15-20s for them to stop - but otherwise, the mod works wonderfully!

Can we get additional multiplier per category? Like Physical category multiplier that stacks with separate multipliers? So for if you have Physical category set to 1.2 and Strength set to 2.0, your total multiplier would be 2.4?

Will this mod conflict with softcore and SkillsExtended since they also change the experience multiplier of some skills? In the case when we install mods in the USER folder, we have the opportunity to choose the loading order. In what queue are mods loaded from BepInEx? before the mods from the USER folder and then will they be overwritten or after and then will the softcore and other mods be overwritten?

As far as I know, Skills Extended uses "own" skill progression. I haven't сhecked it, but I think it will be fine when used with MEMES
Softcore will serve as an even more additional multiplier, and multiply the multiplied value from MEMES

There's no bug to fix it
Memory increase in general from progression other skills
Charisma passive increase depends on Perception, Intellect and Attention skill progression (and other actions, but active)
If you put large multipliers on the skills that participate in the progression of Memory and Charisma, then the skills will be progression faster and notification about the increase in the skill of Memory and Charisma will appear more often

Using the default settings, I was also getting repeated memory and mag drill level up notifications. It always said level 1 and 2 despite having much higher levels already. I am using it in conjunction with higher xp multipliers set via SVM, not sure if that affects things.
